Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc. is a family-owned commercial roofing company with over 50 years of industry experience. Operating nationwide, we take pride in providing high-quality commercial roofing installations, maintenance, and repair services across the continental U.S.

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Roofer/Laborers, with a strong focus on single-ply roofing systems and metal installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems, primarily single-ply (EPDM, TPO, PVC).
• Perform metal work including installation of coping, gutters, and edge metal.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, and other roofing machinery.
• Remove and replace low-slope roofing systems including MOD Bit, BUR, and Metal systems.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site before, during, and after project completion.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including the use of fall protection.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily roofing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and team members.
• Assist with material ordering, pickups, and other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience on a commercial roofing production crew.
• Working knowledge of single-ply systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC) and other low-slope roofing types.
• Experience with metal installations preferred.
• Ability to safely operate roofing equipment and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders up to 60 feet.
• Valid state ID or driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
