Whether you’re just entering the industry or bring years of roofing expertise, we offer steady work, competitive pay, and real paths for career growth in a people-first company.**Level 1 – Entry-Level Roofer ($22.00 – 25.00)*** Assist with job site preparation: clean and organize materials and equipment.* Load, transport, and carry roofing materials to the work area.* Set up containment and properly protect home.* Support skilled roofers by passing tools and materials as needed.* Perform basic tear-off and clean-up tasks under supervision.* Conduct clean up while job is going on, and thorough cleanup at the end.* Follow all safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).* Learn and adhere to company standards and job site rules.**Level 2 – Experienced Roofer ($25.00 – 29.00)*** Perform installation and repair tasks on roofing systems with moderate supervision.* Handle and operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.* Assist with roof tear-offs, dry-ins, and installation of flashings, drip edges, and other roofing components.* Participate actively in maintaining a clean and safe job site.* Follow and enforce safety standards across the crew.* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow.* Demonstrate reliability and initiative in learning new techniques and improving productivity.**Level 3 – Skilled Roofer ($30.00 - $34.00)*** Independently perform complex roofing installations and repairs on various roofing types (shingles, metal, flat roofs).* Train and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 roofers, providing guidance and feedback.* Lead sections of projects, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.* Evaluate job sites for potential hazards and implement safety measures.* Operate all necessary tools and equipment proficiently.* Coordinate with foremen and other crew members to organize workflow and logistics.* Suggest improvements to work processes and assist in troubleshooting on-site issues.
