Stellar Roofing is seeking a Field Marketing Representative in Rochester, NY. You will meet homeowners in neighborhoods, point out roof and exterior issues, and set up free, no-obligation inspections with our experts. No selling required—the aim is to start conversations and schedule appointments.

You will work full-time with evening hours when homeowners are home, and some weekends. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching to help you grow into sales and leadership roles.

Field Marketing Representative

We've served over 10,000 homes, and our founders bring more than 50 years of combined roofing experience. We offer roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and insulation. Stellar has been recognized among the Top 500 roofing contractors nationally, holds an A+ BBB rating, and is an IKO Craftsman certified installer.

The Role
As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll be the first face of Stellar in the neighborhoods we serve. You'll meet homeowners face to face, point out issues on their homes, and schedule free, no-obligation inspections with our experts. No selling required. Your job is to start the conversation and set the appointment.

What You'll Do

• Meet and speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Identify visible issues with roofs and home exteriors
• Schedule free inspections for our sales team
• Represent Stellar professionally in every interaction

Schedule

• Full-time, scheduled shifts
• Shifts start 6–8 hours before sunset each day, so you'll be working evenings when homeowners are home
• At least one weekend day required each week
• In-office team meetings twice a week to align on goals and training

Training and Support

• Your first week is hourly paid training to set you up for success
• Ongoing coaching and twice-weekly training meetings to keep you growing

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn $60,000+ per year
• Average earnings of $60,000–$80,000, with top producers earning $150,000+
• Hourly paid training week
