Job summary

Holland-Roofing is hiring 5–6 Roofer Helpers for our Columbus team to work outdoors and handle basic tool use. No roofing experience required, but hands-on construction or trade experience is a plus.

We value dependable, hardworking individuals comfortable with physical outdoor work, with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Salary ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with opportunities to learn commercial roofing.

Qualifications

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment.
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
• Willing to learn commercial roofing
• Roofing experience is not required.
