Integrity Asset Management is seeking a Roofer Assistant to support roofers in installation, repair, and maintenance tasks across shingles, metal, and flat roof systems.

Responsibilities include preparing job sites, handling materials and tools, and assisting with safety and final inspections under supervision. Excellent communication and customer service are essential, with the ability to work flexible hours and lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Proven roofing or general construction experience.
• Working knowledge of different roofing systems.
• Sound knowledge of business ordinance.
• The ability to lift heavy materials and tools.
• The ability to use powered hand tools.
• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and repair of roofing systems, including shingles, metal, and flat roofs.
• Help prepare job sites by gathering necessary materials and tools.
• Support lead roofers by following instructions and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Participate in the removal of old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Perform maintenance tasks on roofing systems as needed.
