Job summary

Blue View Builder is seeking a Roofer to finalize the roof after factory-built modular home sections are assembled on-site. You will connect and secure roofing materials between modules, seal seams and penetrations, and ensure the roof is weather-tight and finished according to project requirements.

On-site responsibilities include installing flashing, inspecting installations, following project plans, and coordinating with the Site Supervisor and other trades.

Qualifications

• Roofing or residential construction experience preferred.
• Ability to perform roof repairs, connections, sealing, and finishing work.
• Ability to safely use common roofing hand and power tools.
• Ability to work safely at heights and use ladders and other access equipment.
• Ability to follow project plans, instructions, and roofing specifications.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working on roofs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on active construction sites.
• Ability to follow direction from the Site Supervisor (Foreman or Superintendent).

About the Role

The Roofer is responsible for completing and “buttoning up” the roof after factory-built modular

home sections are assembled on-site. This position completes roof connections, seals roof

seams and penetrations, and ensures the completed roof is properly integrated, weather-tight,

and finished according to project requirements

Key Responsibilities

homes. The position requires working at heights and may involve climbing ladders, walking on
