Job description

Position Objective

The Roofer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems to ensure structural integrity and protection from weather elements. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install various types of roofing systems and materials (infrequent repair/replacements)
• Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, or wear and determine necessary repairs
• Measure and cut materials to fit specific roof dimensions
• Apply insulation, waterproofing, and sealing materials
• Ensure work meets quality standards and building codes
• Other duties as assigned
