Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification is required.
• Experience with residential and commercial tear-offs and new roof installations.
• Experience with TPO and EPDM roofing systems.
• Experience installing and repairing roofing plywood and membranes.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or with a team.

Job Scope

• Perform residential and commercial roof tear-offs


• Install new roofing systems


• Repair TPO and EPDM roofing systems


• Install and repair roofing plywood and membranes


• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards

Requirements

• OSHA 10 Certification required


• Previous experience with residential and commercial tear-offs and new roof installations


• Ability to perform repairs on TPO and EPDM roofing systems


• Experience working with roofing plywood and membranes


• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
