$1M+ Earners on Our Team. 80 Claims Last Month. We're Hiring 4–6 More Closers Before Peak Season.

Bright View Exterior is one of the fastest-growing insurance restoration companies in the DMV. We specialize in roofing, siding, and gutters — guiding homeowners through storm damage claims from inspection through install. We did 80 claims last month with an average contract value of $20,000–$25,000, and we're scaling our closer bench from 8 to 12 reps heading into peak storm season.

Why this role is different from every other roofing post you've scrolled past:

Most roofing companies sell you on the commission percentage. We're going to sell you on what happens after you sign the contract.

Our back-end team - estimators, supplementing specialists — turns approved claims around in 30–45 days. We routinely take a $15K–$18K approval and supplement it up to $25K+ before install. That means when you bring us a contract, you're not chasing approvals for five months, fighting with adjusters, or watching deals die because the office doesn't have infrastructure. You're closing the next one.

Compensation

• $500 paid upon boot camp completion (week 1)
• First 30 days on the field: $250 per claim filed paid entirely to you, no split — shadowing experienced closers, building your pipeline
• 10% flat commission on total contract value (not profit, not net — contract value). On a $25K average deal, that's $2,500 per close.
• 25% of commission released the week the first check arrives (typically week 4–6). Remaining 75% paid the week we receive the final check, 1–2 weeks post-install.
• Weekly pay cycle. We don't sit on your money.
• Top reps are pulling $1M+ in personal annual revenue.

If you have experience in insurance restoration, roofing, or high-ticket D2D and you can show stats — pay stubs, 1099s, production reports — bring them to the interview. We don't need you to prove yourself by knocking. Show us your numbers and we'll work backwards on comp from there. We'll give you leads. You show us what you do with them.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in insurance restoration, roofing, home services, or D2D sales (or comparable high-ticket closing experience — bring your numbers)
• Reliable transportation. We recruit across MD, VA, and PA. Some reps commute 60–90 minutes — that's a decision you'll make based on what you're earning.
• Strong work ethic, follow-through, professional communication
• Coachable. We have a process that works. We need you to run it.
• Comfortable in homes, on roofs, and in front of homeowners during what's often a stressful moment for them

Hiring Process

We hire on the spot when the fit is right. Boot camp (10am–5pm, intensive) starts as soon as we have a full class assembled. Peak storm season is starting now. If you're going to make a move, the time to make it is before August.
