5 STAR ROOFING AND RESTORATION LLC in Manassas, VA seeks experienced Roof & Siding Sales Associates for door-to-door engagement. You will educate customers on roof replacement options with minimal outlay, meeting weekly targets and attending in-field trainings.

The ideal candidate has prior door-to-door sales, sales or construction exposure, and owns a vehicle and cell phone for field work and communications. Join a friendly, energetic team with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and educated roof sales pitch.
• Attend weekly meetings to help reach company goals.
• Attend field training sessions with veteran Sales Reps for in-field learning.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers from start to finish of their roof project.
• Must have own vehicle for transportation and cell phone for apps and communication.
• Drive sales goals as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge to assist customers in selections.
