Roof Repair Technician Job Summary
As a Roof Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality roof repairs across a variety of roofing systems. You'll be out in the field daily, troubleshooting issues, making professional-grade repairs, and ensuring homeowners are confident and satisfied with our work. You'll also work closely with the production team and our installation crews to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and up to Honest Abe standards.

Field Manager Responsibilities

• Perform roofing repairs on shingle, tile, flat, and metal systems
• Perform inspections, diagnose leak issues and execute effective long-lasting solutions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners about repairs being completed
• Take detailed photos before, during, and after each job
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Use company systems to update job statuses and notes
• Support larger projects when needed by assisting installation crews
• Keep company vehicle and tools in good working condition

Field Manager Qualifications
