Job summary

Mantis Innovation seeks a QA Observation professional to apply our facility inspection methods for roofs, walls, pavement, and energy projects. You will provide quality assurance observation and may perform roof surveys and building envelope surveys.

Responsibilities include liaising with Owners, Architects, and Contractors, reviewing contracts, and ensuring materials and installations meet specifications. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and 5+ years in commercial roofing.
• Procore experience and field data collection tools proficiency are required.
• Ability to interpret plans, write detailed observation reports, and use inspection devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality Assurance Observation on roofing projects.
• Conduct roof surveys, pavement surveys, and building envelope surveys.
• Coordinate with Owner/Architect and Roofing Contractor to ensure specs.
