Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants seeks a RoofField Technician (Independent Contractor) to join our nationwide network of inspectors. You will assess steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using cutting-edge technology.

Candidates must have safety focus, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. A reliable vehicle with a 32’ ladder and a Lidar device are required or obtainable; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely navigate and inspect steep/high roofs
• Technical ability to complete inspections in varied weather conditions
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and empathy when dealing with insureds

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments on steep and high roofs
• Evaluate exterior and interior damage
