Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Technician to join its nationwide network of independent contractors. You will conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using advanced tools.

Successful technicians bring in-depth safety practices, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions while delivering professional, customer-focused service to insureds.

Qualifications

• Independent Contractor position with Hancock Claims Consultants.
• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting at least a 32’ ladder.
• Must have a Lidar-equipped device or the ability to obtain one (e.g., iPad Pro/iPhone 12 Pro or greater).
• HAAG Certification is a plus, and ability to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs for exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections.
• Utilize technology to assess property damage and prevent further harm until repairs.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to insureds.
