Compensation

Job Title: Store Manager

Compensation: $27.00/hr - Based on experience, bonus & incentive

Schedule: Full Time + Benefits (Up to 40 hrs/wk)

Job Purpose: Store Managers oversee daily retail operations, lead and support staff, and promote a culture of ownership. They use customer service, product knowledge, communication, time management, and sales skills to ensure high-quality guest experiences. Responsibilities also include maintaining store appearance, recruiting, coaching staff, and completing assigned tasks.

Qualifications: The minimum qualifications include:

• 4 years retail customer service experience
• 2 years retail management experience
• Computer literacy in a PC environment
• Ability to be bonded and maintain coverage
• Reliable transportation
• Licensing where applicable

Preferred qualifications include:

• 6 years retail customer service experience
• 3 years retail management experience
• 2 years basic accounting experience

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining flexible schedules, providing leadership and training, meeting deadlines, effective communication, controlling expenses, coordinating with marketing, and achieving key performance metrics such as sales goals, inventory management, gross profit, payroll, and attendance.

Physical Requirements: Bending, stooping, reaching, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), walking, climbing, pushing, and repetitive tasks are required.

Supervisory Functions: The role involves managing staff directly or indirectly, ensuring standards are met, and sales targets are achieved.
