Job Purpose

Sales Associates achieve success through being professional, friendly, outgoing, energetic, and valuing repeat business. They represent the PRM brand to all guests, using customer service, product knowledge, communication, and sales skills to ensure a high-quality visit. Additionally, they maintain the property’s appearance and complete all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position. As long as the individual meets all applicable employment laws, there are no minimum qualifications.

• Prefer 2 years retail customer service experience
• Computer Literacy (Operating in a PC environment)
• Must meet licensing requirements where applicable

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest genuinely
• Approach and offer assistance to every guest
• Merchandise product displays to create interest
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness throughout the property
• Proactively seek opportunities to up-sell and add-on merchandise
• Patrol the property to prevent theft, safety issues, and communicate concerns
• Maintain schedule flexibility (including nights, weekends, days, evenings, holidays)
• Complete assigned duties and tasks
• Follow company policies and safety practices

Key Performance Metrics

Performance will be measured by:

• Shift Goal Achievement %
• Overall Lines per Invoice
• Lines per Invoice (excluding services)
• Average Transaction
• Quarterly attendance above 95%

Physical Requirements

Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), walk, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks. Standing for up to 100% of shift.

Supervisory Functions

Minimal supervisory duties, mainly assisting janitorial staff as needed.
