Job summary

Responsibilities include assembling doors, operating table, roll formers, welding when required, crane/forklift use, inspections, and accurate timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: High school diploma or GED; forklift experience preferred but training provided; prior assembly experience desired.
• Language: ability to read and interpret documents in English (work orders, blueprints, SOPs, safety regulations).
• Math: basic math with measuring tools (tape, calipers, micrometers).

Responsibilities

• Assemble various types and sizes of rolling steel curtain doors.
• Safely operate Automatic Door Table and roll formers.
• Weld axle components when required; operate cranes and forklifts.
• Perform daily crane and forklift inspections and quality inspections per work instructions.
• Record time in work orders accurately; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Communicate issues with paperwork, machinery to leads and supervisors; report safety or quality incidents promptly.
