Job summary

The role offers a four-day work week from 4:30 am to 3:00 pm, with opportunities to grow within a structured development program and gain higher pay as skills advance. Strong measurement and math abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read work instructions and process documentation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision rolling mill equipment.
• Calibrate, clean, and prepare machinery for production runs.
• Adjust machine settings and perform roll changeovers.
• Handle, load, and feed raw materials safely.
• Measure and inspect products using precision measuring instruments.
• Conduct machine operation checks and troubleshooting.
• Maintain production records and material tracking.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform other tasks as needed to further our company's goals and uphold our commitments.
