LeachGarner is seeking a skilled Rolling Mill Operator in Attleboro, MA to join the manufacturing team and help produce high-quality metal stock to tight tolerances. The role requires setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting rolling mill equipment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operator.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read work instructions and process documentation.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, or similar tools.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision rolling mill equipment.
• Calibrate, clean, and prepare machinery for production runs.
• Adjust machine settings and perform roll changeovers.
• Handle, load, and feed raw materials safely.
• Measure and inspect products using precision measuring instruments.
• Conduct machine operation checks and troubleshooting.
• Maintain production records and material tracking.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
