The OpEx Manager position will report to Director of Manufacturing Excellence in the Engineering, Technology, and Innovation Group. The position will work as a leader in one of CMC's Lines of Businesses (areas) including Recycling, Fabrication, Impact Metals, Tensar, Maintenance, and Mills to share Best Practices across all locations and drive consistency in safety, practices, and product quality.
Work will be performed both remotely and at manufacturing locations. Travel to locations will be planned but some unplanned travel may occur when operational emergencies arise.
The position will involve developing and leading safety and operating initiatives with a team of subject matter experts at CMC facilities and implementing the initiatives across CMC locations.
