Job summary

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is seeking a maintenance professional to safely perform rollercoaster track repairs and other park infrastructure tasks. The role includes inspecting facilities, fabricating signage and structures, and maintaining guest safety across a dynamic environment.

This position requires carpentry and drywall skills, the ability to troubleshoot under pressure, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a team and follow established guidelines for safe, efficient building and ride/park facilities.
• Knowledge of rough and finish carpentry and drywall installation to maintain park structures.
• Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment while ensuring guest safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform rollercoaster track repairs, building and infrastructure repairs, and facility inspections.
• Fabricate signage, furniture, and structures as needed for park facilities.
