Longview Bridge & Road in Longview, TX is seeking a qualified Roller Operator, Asphalt to join the construction crew. This full-time role involves safely operating a diverse set of rollers and inspecting the work area before proceeding.
You will log roll passes, follow established safety policies, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. Evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

This is a full-time position. Days of work are normally Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; however, evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Hours of work are determined by the supervisor based on deadlines set by the client.

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and will frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Some equipment can be extremely heavy and will require a lot of strength to move or manipulate. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to quickly respond appropriately to unexpected events.
