Timken is seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our Roller Grind team in Iron Station, NC. In this role you will operate and troubleshoot machinery to produce high quality roller components according to specification, with attention to safety and teamwork.

You will inspect parts, monitor equipment, and maintain production records, contributing to on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce roller components to specifications.
• Inspect finished rollers for conformance to specifications.
• Monitor equipment and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Maintain production records and machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and keep a clean workspace.
