Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in cutting or converting operations.
• Proven leadership in a high-speed production setting.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Rollems operators and coordinate daily production.
• Ensure correct machine setup, cut alignment, and blade maintenance.
• Review production metrics and minimize material waste.
• Train staff in cutting operations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams for continuous improvement.
