Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (non-CDL).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a rollback truck or similar vehicle.
• Knowledge of loading, securing, and transporting techniques for vehicles.
• Ability to operate rollback controls safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some on-call and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload vehicles and light equipment using proper securing methods on a non-CDL rollback truck.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers, explaining procedures and addressing questions.
• Respond promptly to towing requests and breakdowns, including some on-call and weekend work as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols, including securing loads, obeying traffic laws, and using appropriate safety gear.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Accurately complete logs and records of transport activities and incidents.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
