Job summary

Bayside Kubota of Upper Marlboro is seeking a Rollback Delivery Driver to support daily pickups and deliveries in the Upper Marlboro, MD area. The role requires proven rollback driving experience and a valid CDL with a clean driving record.

The position is full-time with competitive pay and benefits, including medical, 401K, and PTO, plus room for advancement. Flexibility for some evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• CDL license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and return equipment safely, prioritizing safety and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Report shortages and equipment malfunctions to the Service Manager.
• Keep vehicles clean and serviced; report problems to the Service Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a driver log.
• Adhere to the delivery schedule and assist where needed.
