Mittera Creative + Tech is seeking Roll Tenders to join our pressroom team in Pineville, NC. The role emphasizes maintaining roll stock supply, preparing rolls for splicer, and supporting press operators to ensure smooth production.

Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, 1–3 years of press experience, and good math, reading, and communication skills. Strong reliability and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of press experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and memos and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Verify roll inventory against job ticket and log weights.
• Prep rolls for splicer and stage rolls accordingly.
• Move and hang rolls; maintain oil levels and clean pans.
• Return paper to inventory and complete end-of-job paperwork.
• Keep work areas clean and assist Lead Operator as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and meet department metrics.
