Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with plastic materials is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory of rolls and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Identify and review non-conforming rolls that do not meet quality standards.
• Record inspection results for non-conforming rolls and detail their status.
• Update the Radius system with information on rolls sent back to the bagging area.
• Rework non-conforming rolls for a second inspection if necessary.
• Use measurement tools (tape measure, scale, thickness gauge) to verify quality standards.
