Job summary

Texas Disposal Systems is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to operate company vehicles to service containers while upholding safety and regulatory requirements. CDL‑A or CDL‑B and a clean driving record are required.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, document route information and Vehicle Condition Reports, and maintain professional conduct at all times. Shifts may include nights, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medium/heavy truck driving experience.
• Able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong independent work skills.
• Proficient with onboard electronic technology within eight weeks of hire date.
• Able to follow work orders via onboard technology.
• English reading/writing/speaking sufficient for reports and logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned company vehicles to service containers.
• Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections per DOT regulations.
• Submit a daily Vehicle Condition Report (VCR).
• Record route information and communicate effectively.
• Report incidents to supervisor by end of shift.
• Maintain safe, courteous, professional conduct at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
