Job summary

Panzarella Waste & Recycling Services, a long‑standing local waste management company in South Florida, seeks a Roll-Off Truck Driver to load, transport, and unload large containers and compactors. The role requires a valid CDL, air brake endorsement, and the ability to operate a manual 8‑speed transmission, with early morning or night shifts possible.

You will navigate using GPS and an onboard tablet, perform pre/post-trip inspections, interact with customers, and ensure safe, compliant

Qualifications

Must hold a current Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement.
Ability to operate manual 8-speed transmission is required.
Conversational English in writing and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate heavy-duty roll-off trucks in compliance with DOT and company rules.
Maintain logs of hours, vehicle service, and inspections.
Deliver and empty large containers and compactors for customers.
Back up and maneuver in tight spaces, ensuring driveways and roads are clear.
Interact courteously with customers and relay requests as needed.
Complete route sheets, mileage, fuel usage and vehicle condition reports.
Use GPS/tablet systems to locate service addresses and update records.
