Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a professional CDL Driver to operate front-load, roll-off, residential rear-load, and grapple trucks along assigned routes.

You will safely collect, transport, and service materials while delivering excellent customer service and upholding Coastal’s safety standards. The role requires a valid CDL with a clean driving record, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a willingness to work overtime on busy days.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles and related equipment safely.
• Willingness to work overtime as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front-load, roll-off, residential rear-load, or grapple trucks on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers per route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain professional vehicle appearance and furnish excellent customer service.
