The City of McAllen seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator II to operate and maintain solid waste collection heavy equipment including roll-off, brush, container retriever, water, and dump trucks. This role has no supervisory responsibilities and requires strict adherence to safety rules and procedures.

Job description

Under general direction, the Heavy Equipment Operator II operates and maintains solid waste collection heavy equipment to include roll-off trucks, brush open top trucks, container retriever trucks, water trucks, and dump trucks. Employee has no supervisory responsibilities of personnel. Employee must abide by all safety rules and operational policies and procedures.
