Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking drivers in the Erie, PA area for roll-off dumpster delivery and pickup. No CDL is required; training is provided. A company truck is provided, with a sign-on bonus of $1,500 after 90 days and potential $1.00/hour raise after 6 months with a clean record.

Part-time positions offer 32–35 hours per week, while full-time roles require 40+ hours and include additional benefits. Applicants must meet age and background-check requirements and pass a 12-panel drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age or older with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English well enough to represent the company professionally.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.
• Some commercial vehicle operation experience preferable.
• Must have good understanding of local area and neighborhoods.
• On-boarding requires a criminal history background check; MVR record screening also performed.
• Must be able to pass 12-panel drug screening.
• No CDL needed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and pickup of 6–20 yard roll-off dumpsters for construction/household debris.
• Operate and drive company trucks and ensure safety of cargo.
