Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks Drivers in Irwin and surrounding areas. No CDL required; training provided. You will operate a single-axle roll-off truck, delivering and picking up 6–20 yard dumpsters for construction and household debris.

Schedule: 32–35 hours weekly; 4-week rotating pattern. Starts immediately with a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a $1.00/hour raise after 6 months. Benefits include a 401(k) after 1 year and Aflac.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age or older with a clean driving record.
• Professional attitude and neat appearance a must.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English well enough to represent company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and pickup of 6–20 yard roll-off dumpsters for construction and household debris.
• Operate a single-axle truck; follow dispatcher guidance over a smartphone.
• Maintain logs and reports; ensure safe and compliant operation.
