Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely operate a roll-off truck, service routes, and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.

You will interact courteously with customers, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain logs required by DOT and company policy. The ideal candidate holds a valid CDL, is at least 21, has at least 1 year of commercial driving experience (CDL school acceptable), and is committed to safety.

Qualifications

• CDL required or CDL school certificate
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (CDL school acceptable)

Responsibilities

• Drive a roll-off truck along designated routes to collect, exchange, or deliver containers and transport to disposal facilities
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections; submit vehicle condition reports
• Interact courteously with customers and respond to requests; notify supervisor of issues
• Keep truck area clean and ensure safe operation and surroundings during dumping
• Maintain DOT logbook, daily route sheet, and post-trip inspections as required by law or policy
• Follow DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and EPA regulations and standards
• Complete additional duties as assigned
