Job summary

GFL is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to responsibly operate roll-off trucks and collect waste on customer sites across multiple lines of business. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, complete documentation, and communicate any vehicle issues to the supervisor or mechanic, while maintaining safety and professionalism on every route.

The role requires a valid CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of commercial driving experience or a CDL school certificate.

Qualifications

• CDL driver’s license with ability to meet safety-sensitivity criteria.
• High school diploma or GED required or desired.
• 1+ year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck and collect waste.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete reports/logs.
• Report vehicle issues to supervisor or mechanic immediately.
• Maintain route quality and safety standards as directed.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
• Keep a clean, professional vehicle and work area.
• Overtime may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
