Job summary

Ranger Environmental Services seeks a Roll-Off Driver to haul waste with Roll-off trucks from our Creola, AL location. You will load, transport, and dispose of waste following our environmental policies, with a local schedule and home every night.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL (Hazmat preferred or obtainable), no automatic restriction, and a clean MVR. DOT tests and background checks apply. Salary is $20–$25 per hour with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred or ability to obtain.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Roll-off truck experience preferred.
• Maintain equipment per company guidelines.
• Clean MVR and safe driving record.
• DOT physical, drug test, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Hauling solid waste and driving Roll-off Trucks.

• Responsible for loading, transporting, and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures.
• Local driving position; Home every night
• Ability to work flexible schedule
• Must be able to drive manual shift

Job Requirements

• Must have a valid Class B CDL
• Must remain clean shaven at all times
• Tanker Endorsement Required
• Hazmat Endorsement preferred *Or ability to obtain with company reimbursement*
• No Automatic restriction
• 1 year of recent experience with Roll-off Trucks preferred
• Maintain equipment according to company guidelines
• Ability to operate roll-off trucks in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
• Maintain electronic driving logs
• Drive safely and operate in accordance with all local, state, federal laws as relates to motor carrier safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 hours per week
