Tough Dumpsters was started in 2024 and is rapidly growing in the Charlotte, NC Metro area. Safety and customer service are our top priorities, as our goal is to be the easiest waste management provider for customers to work with. We do whatever it takes to ensure our customers receive on-time service. We are looking for an experienced roll-off driver to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a hooklift truck carrying dumpsters or compactors.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure proper working condition.
• Communicate positively with customers on job sites.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a roll-off or hooklift truck driver.
• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, abiding by all traffic laws.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Coordinate routing and schedules with dispatch and team members.
• Keep records of deliveries, tonnage reports, and mileage.
• Secure and tarp loads safely for transport.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
