Job summary

Wall Recycling in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Class A or B CDL Driver to operate a heavy truck safely in compliance with DOT and company safety standards. You will complete DVIRs daily and address any vehicle defects promptly.

The position is full-time, in-person with a Mon-Fri schedule and weekends as needed. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour and benefits include 401(k), health, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with up-to-date DOT medical card and valid Class A or B CDL.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Job description

Class B CDL Driver is responsible for the safe operation of a heavy commercial truck. Driver is responsible for ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with DOT and the Company’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle, and completes driver vehicle condition reports ("DVIR") on a daily basis to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner.
