EcoSouth Florida LLC is hiring a Roll-Off Driver in Sarasota, FL. The role operates roll-off trucks, conducts safety inspections, and coordinates with dispatch and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating a CDL vehicle.
• Roll-off experience required.
• Current Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check including MVR.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently to transport waste materials to disposal sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries with dispatch and customers.
• Maintain records of service requests, routes, and incidents or delays.
• Comply with local, state, and federal waste transport regulations.
• Collaborate with team to optimize routes and reduce environmental impact.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.

Compensation:

$23 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently to transport waste materials to designated disposal sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, completed routes, and any incidents or delays encountered.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste transportation and disposal.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize route efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years (s) of previous experience operating a CDL vehicle.

• Must have Roll-Off Experience.

• Hold a current Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License with an air brake endorsement.

• Successfully complete a pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include a previous employment check, criminal history, and motor vehicle record review.
