Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is hiring a Roll-Off Driver to safely and courteously service industrial, residential, and recycle routes, transporting debris and recyclables to disposal facilities.

The role requires a CDL, clean driving record, and ability to navigate using maps/GPS, with a focus on safety and customer service on busy routes. We offer opportunities to grow with a leading North American waste-management company.

Qualifications

• Possess valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have 1 year commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• High school diploma or GED desired but not required.
• Able to meet safety sensitive criteria per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Drives a roll-off truck along designated routes to collect/exchange/deliver containers.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections; submit vehicle condition report.
• Courteously interacts with customers and the public; notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintains and submits a DOT logbook and route productivity sheet.
• Adheres to DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and EPA regulations and standards.
• Uses a key map and GPS to locate service addresses.
