Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to safely operate and/or become certified to operate material handling equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive manual tasks throughout the workday

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance on roll-forming machinery
• Meet daily production quotas and conduct quality inspections
• Load raw materials and package finished products
• Record production and scrap data and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Identify equipment issues, report defects or safety concerns
• Assist with inventory and support other production areas as needed
