Job summary

Lennox is hiring a Machine Operator in Bay Shore, NY. You will handle setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of roll-forming machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1 year manufacturing exposure, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Expect 10-hour shifts, OT, and weekend work as needed. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Record accurate daily production and maintain quotas.
• Inspect product quality during daily production.
• Perform minor adjustments of roll-forming machines.
• Ensure proper markings on product fabric and correct packaging.
• Package finished product and place on skids.
• Lubricate presses and dies as required.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free work area.
• Record scrap.
• Load raw materials as needed.
• Notify supervisor if a machine is not working.
• Report incidents or defects.
• Assist with annual inventory.
