Job summary

KPS Global LLC is seeking a Machine Operator in Goodyear, AZ to set up and operate production equipment following established procedures. You will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, loading materials, performing maintenance, and maintaining housekeeping and 5S standards. Prior manufacturing experience and basic blueprint reading are preferred.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking on concrete for most of shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and crouch as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job orders.
• Basic math and reading comprehension to read tape measures.
• Must read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment per procedures.
• Read diagrams and blueprints to position machinery and materials.
• Load, unload and move materials using lifting equipment when needed.
• Complete bar-coding, checklists and shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Perform pre-shift preventative maintenance and 5S housekeeping.
