Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Less than one year of experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Proven experience demonstrating safe and effective operation of required equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment under supervision.
• Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Load, unload, and move materials using lifting equipment.
• Complete paperwork including bar-coding, checklists, and shipping documents.
• Perform pre-shift preventative maintenance.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
