Job summary

Revolution in Vernon, CA is hiring for multiple Conversion Operator roles on 12-hour shifts (4-5 days a week) with overtime potential. You will prepare, operate, and maintain roll-feed and work with Packers to meet quality and special requests.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of machinery experience, a High School diploma or GED, solid math, and the ability to stand 8-12 hours. Pay range is posted plus benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of running machinery experience.
• Essential reading and writing skills.
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Reads and confirms that the production card matches the machine setup.
• Operates and maintains conversion equipment; performs routine maintenance as needed.
• Works with Packers/Production Assistants to pack bags, move pallets, and unload boxes.
• Communicates changes or flags to Packers and Assistants.
• Performs routine machine safety checks and reports unsafe conditions to Supervisor/Maintenance.
• Monitors daily machine operation to ensure production targets are met.
• Threads film through rollers on the conversion machine.
