Job summary

You will handle safe equipment operation and documentation throughout the process. The position requires precise measurement, proper use of inspection tools, and clear communication with the team to meet job specifications and quality

Qualifications

  • Reads, writes, and understands English to follow procedures.
  • Reads mechanical blueprints and interprets technical documents.
  • Writes legible documentation conforming to prescribed style and format.
  • Communicates effectively with team and supervisors.
  • Operates inspection and measurement equipment per procedure.
  • Understands basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret production schedules, job routers, blueprints, and non-conformance reports.
  • Locate and retrieve rolls for building using cranes and material handling equipment.
  • Prepare rolls for installation and set extrusion temperature and screen packs.
  • Measure building dimensions and verify they meet job requirements.
  • Wrap and finish rolls with Polyester Tape or Nylon per router instructions.
  • Complete paperwork, inspection reports, router data, and operator sign-off.
