• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Pass E-Verify and government counterintelligence security review.
• Medically fit for field conditions.

• React to a wide variety of student responses and adjust accordingly.
• Support consecutive or non-consecutive multi-day field exercises.
• Understand the scenario, intent, mechanics, and flow of each exercise.
• Able to perform under field conditions for extended periods.
