Job summary

Athenix Special Missions is seeking a part-time, on-call Role Player Site Supervisor to support US Capitol Police training exercises at FLETC in Cheltenham, Maryland. The supervisor will oversee all role-player activities, coordinate arrival and readiness, and enforce site safety and security requirements.

The role requires at least three years in project management, ideally in military or government civilian environments, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other screening determined necessary by FLETC and the U.S. Capitol Police.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Project Management; military or government civilian setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all role player activities
• Ensure role players arrive promptly and are prepared to enact their role in the training scenario
• Ensure all role players comply with all site-specific safety regulations
• Ensure role players comply with training exercise timelines
• Ensure role players meet all security requirements in order to gain access to the training facility
• Act as a liaison between the USCP and role players
• Attend all pre-exercise briefings and all after-action reviews
• Take corrective action for role players not performing in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the contract

Athenix Special Missions is searching for a qualified Role Player Site Supervisor candidate to fill part-time and on-call positions in support of practical training exercises to United States Capitol Police personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland.
