Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine records to release by reviewing requestor information.
• Answer phone calls related to ROI issues.
• Log medical record requests into ROI On-Line database.
• Scan medical records into ROI On-Line database.
• Handle cash payments for requests at specified sites.
